What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Parts Department
- Oversee parts inventory and stock levels
- Manage and supervise parts department staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service for parts customers
- Manage supplier relationships and ordering
- Monitor sales performance and department metrics
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness
What you'll need
- Experience in automotive parts management
- Leadership experience managing a team
- Knowledge of General Motors products (preferred)
- Proficiency with parts inventory systems
- Valid driver's license
