- Lead and supervise PCB assembly/SMT team during afternoon shift
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Implement and maintain safety protocols
- Communicate with management and other departments
- Train and develop team members

- Experience in PCB assembly or SMT manufacturing
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of quality standards and procedures
