What you'll do
- Support pharmacy teams transitioning to Kroll pharmacy management system
- Provide hands-on implementation support at multiple locations
- Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff
- Perform system validation activities
- Ensure each pharmacy is fully operational on new system
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams and operations leaders
- Work with technical support teams
- Ensure smooth system launch at each location
- Support go-live activities
What you'll need
- Experience with pharmacy management systems
- Knowledge of Kroll pharmacy system (preferred)
- Ability to work in Quebec
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and workflows
- Strong technical aptitude
- Project management or implementation experience
