What you'll do
- Provide physiotherapy services in home and community settings
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and exercises
- Educate patients on rehabilitation and wellness
- Document clinical findings and progress notes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain professional standards and patient confidentiality
- Work across multiple locations in Ontario
What you'll need
- Valid Physiotherapy License/Registration in Ontario
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Experience in home and community-based settings
- Ability to work across multiple Ontario locations
- Flexibility for part-time role
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
