Montréal ou Québec · Hybride (4 jours télétravail) Le mandat Solutions SFT recherche un(e) pilote de système – soutien aux utilisateurs pour notre client, une grande organisation publique du réseau de la santé au Québec, dans le cadre du déploiement provincial de son Système d'information en gestion de projet et de portefeuille (SIGPP – Dynamics 365 Project Operations). What you'll do

  • Serve as functional and operational reference for access management
  • Handle application security
  • Process and manage incidents
  • Provide user support for Dynamics 365 Project Operations system
  • Support provincial deployment of SIGPP system
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Document and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Train users on system functionality

What you'll need

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of access management and security protocols
  • Incident management experience
  • French language proficiency (required for Quebec health network)
  • Ability to work in hybrid model (4 days remote)
  • Understanding of healthcare or public sector IT environments
