What you'll do
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Provide hands-on support to seniors
- Document care activities and resident information
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Support resident quality of life and well-being
- Work collaboratively within the team at Sunrise Senior Living
What you'll need
- Certification as a Care Giver
- Ability to assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Capacity to follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Physical capability for mobility assistance
- Experience working in senior care or healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents
