What you'll do
- Manage employee relations strategies and initiatives
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and grievances
- Support employee engagement and retention programs
- Ensure compliance with Canadian labor regulations
- Collaborate with management on performance and conduct issues
- Develop and implement employee relations best practices
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
- Senior-level experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Canadian employment law and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR systems and processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
