What you'll do
- Lead full-stack development initiatives for Farmhand Platform
- Architect and design scalable system solutions
- Mentor and guide development team members
- Drive technical strategy and best practices
- Oversee backend and frontend development
- Collaborate with product and business teams on platform evolution
- Ensure code quality and system performance
What you'll need
- Extensive full-stack development experience
- Proven track record leading technical teams
- Strong software architecture and design skills
- Experience with agri-tech or IoT systems preferred
