What you'll do
- Design Lightspeed AI product experience
- Develop AI agent and assistant interfaces for merchants
- Report directly to Head of Design for Retail
- Lead design decisions for intelligent product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-powered experiences
- Establish design standards for AI/agent interactions
- Mentor and influence design direction
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in product design
- Senior-level design expertise
- Experience designing AI/ML-powered products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex product design
- Strong understanding of retail industry
- Experience working with design systems
- Ability to work as individual contributor at senior level
