What you'll do
- Own recruitment for most complex and strategically important technical roles
- Recruit senior and staff-level engineers
- Recruit director-level engineers
- Recruit principal product managers
- Source and evaluate emerging AI/Builder profile candidates
- Set standards for excellent technical recruiting practices
- Build and expand teams for new verticals
- Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Maintain calibrated and opinionated recruiting approach
What you'll need
- Proven experience recruiting for senior, staff, and director-level engineering roles
- Deep understanding of technical roles and competencies
- Track record of successful technical recruiting at scale
- Strong knowledge of company culture and ability to assess cultural fit
- Experience recruiting for emerging roles (AI/Builder profiles)
- Ability to serve as trusted advisor to leadership
