What you'll do
- Consult with bank clients on product implementation and deployment
- Gather and translate business requirements into product solutions
- Guide clients on leveraging embedded financial products
- Facilitate seamless integration between banking services and ERP platforms
- Provide recommendations to reduce friction and add value for commercial banking clients
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal product/engineering teams
- Support client onboarding and adoption of FISPAN services
What you'll need
- Experience in SaaS or FinTech industry
- Knowledge of banking and financial services
- Understanding of ERP/accounting platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
- Experience working with enterprise clients
