What you'll do
- Lead and mentor design team members

- Establish and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Drive design decisions and improvements
- Present designs to stakeholders
- Ensure design consistency across products
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
What you'll need
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Proven experience leading design teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design expertise
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience in product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
