What you'll do
- Develop and manage analytics and reporting features for clinic management platform
- Work with customers to understand reporting needs and pain points
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams on feature implementation
- Define product strategy for analytics capabilities
- Analyze user data to improve reporting functionality
- Support audiology practice providers in optimizing clinic operations through better data insights
What you'll need
- Healthcare or SaaS product management experience preferred
- Understanding of analytics and reporting systems
- Familiarity with audiology or medical practice management (preferred)
- Ability to work with data teams and stakeholders
