What you'll do
- Provide support to CDN dealer services operations
- Manage and coordinate projects related to dealer services
- Analyze data and identify process improvements
- Communicate with stakeholders and dealers
- Document processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Support GM Financial's auto finance solutions delivery
What you'll need
- Previous experience in project support or analyst role
- Knowledge of CDN (Content Delivery Network) or automotive finance systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
