What you'll do
- Oversee and manage multiple projects within the PMO
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Monitor project progress and report status to leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support program-level initiatives and strategic objectives
What you'll need
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in Program Management Office (PMO) environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bilingual ability (French and English preferred)
