What you'll do
- Process and manage property insurance claims
- Assess property damage and determine claim validity
- Communicate with claimants regarding claim status
- Review claim documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with adjusters and contractors
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain detailed claim records and documentation
What you'll need
- Experience in property claims handling
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Ability to assess and evaluate property damage
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in claims management systems
