- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Post and manage job openings
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate assessments
- Support recruitment for the Woodfibre LNG Project
- Manage candidate relationships throughout hiring process
What you'll need
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Knowledge of LNG or energy sector (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
