What you'll do

Manage regional sales operations for Eastern Canada
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with business and institutional clients
Lead and mentor sales team members
Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals
Promote Charlotte Products' cleaning and sanitation solutions
Ensure client satisfaction and account growth

What you'll need

Bilingual proficiency in English and French
Sales management experience
Ability to manage Eastern Canada territory
Understanding of cleaning and sanitation industry (preferred)
Proven track record in B2B sales
