What you'll do
- Provide direct patient care to adult inpatient mental health patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor patient safety and mental health status
- Support patient recovery and therapeutic goals
- Participate in North West Toronto Ontario Health Team initiatives
What you'll need
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent
- Valid nursing registration
- Experience in mental health or inpatient care preferred
- Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
