- Rewrite and improve existing sales playbooks and processes
- Partner with global sales teams
- Identify and solve ambiguous business challenges
- Raise performance standards across the team
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies
- Support the scaling of sales operations
What you'll need
- Experience in sales operations or related field
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and efficiency
