What you'll do
- Maintain and support Salesforce instance
- Manage user accounts and security
- Configure and customize Salesforce features
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical support to end users
What you'll need
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality
- Experience with user provisioning and permission management
- Proficiency in data management and analytics
