What you'll do
- Lead Salesforce technical projects and initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Oversee Salesforce configuration and customization
- Ensure best practices and code quality standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements
- Manage technical documentation and knowledge sharing
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform
- Experience with Apex and Visualforce development
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
