What you'll do
- Lead technical Salesforce initiatives and projects
- Mentor and manage Salesforce development team members
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Ensure best practices and code quality standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to team
- Manage Salesforce platform implementations and upgrades
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform and administration
- Experience with Salesforce development and customization
- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
