What you'll do
- Manage accounting operations and financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Oversee general ledger and account reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support portfolio company accounting as needed
- Mentor junior accounting staff
What you'll need
- Senior-level accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- Bilingual capability (English/French) preferred
- Experience in alternative asset management or financial services preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
