What you'll do
- Manage general ledger and financial accounts
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Support financial reporting and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Maintain internal control procedures
- Collaborate with finance team on accounting matters
What you'll need
- Senior-level accounting experience
- Knowledge of mining industry accounting practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional accounting designation (CPA/CGA preferred)
- Proficiency with accounting software
