What you'll do
- Manage and support COTS application systems
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to end users
- Implement and maintain commercial off-the-shelf solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide solutions
- Document processes and create user guides
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Support programs and services for military members and families
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience with COTS applications
- Experience supporting Canadian Armed Forces or government sector preferred
- Knowledge of morale and welfare services systems
- Technical certification or relevant credentials
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
