What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Advanced experience in microelectronics design
- Advanced packaging design knowledge
- Experience with RF or optical component design
- Proficiency with CAD and design tools
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
