What you'll do
- Shape product direction and design strategy for PENN.Penningtons brand
- Serve as the design team's material expert and creative connector
- Develop concepts integrating fabric, color, innovation and product
- Forecast fashion trends and customer preferences
- Identify and evaluate new fabrics, yarns, textures, finishes and techniques
- Collaborate across teams to drive design innovation
- Guide product development from concept through execution
What you'll need
- Senior-level design experience
- Deep expertise in materials and fabrics
- Understanding of fashion trends and market direction
- Knowledge of yarns, textures, finishes and techniques
- Experience with PENN.Penningtons or similar apparel brands preferred
