What you'll do
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue and competitiveness
- Lead the pricing team and department
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
- Create financial models and forecasts
- Manage P&L related to pricing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and finance
- Drive pricing optimization initiatives
- Monitor and report on pricing performance metrics
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in pricing strategy or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience in fintech or financial services preferred
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Knowledge of point-of-sale financing or consumer lending
