What you'll do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and industrial projects
- Analyze project specifications and requirements
- Conduct quantity takeoffs from drawings and documents
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams
- Maintain accuracy in estimate submissions
- Support bid preparation processes
- Evaluate project risks and complexities for costing purposes
What you'll need
- Significant estimating experience in civil, environmental, or industrial construction
- Proven track record in cost estimation for large projects
- Knowledge of civil, demolition, environmental remediation, excavation, and waste management services
- Familiarity with hazardous materials abatement
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience with estimating software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
