What you'll do
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Perform account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain internal controls and compliance with accounting standards
- Support audit activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Senior Financial Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Understanding of GAAP or IFRS standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
