What you'll do
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial performance and identify variances
- Support strategic planning and decision-making with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Mentor junior analysts on FP&A best practices
What you'll need
- 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with cloud-based platforms
- Understanding of SaaS business models
- Advanced SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience in fintech or financial services preferred
