What you'll do
- Lead geotechnical engineering projects and technical teams
- Manage branch operations and financial performance
- Develop and mentor junior engineers and staff
- Maintain client relationships and business development
- Oversee project delivery and quality assurance
- Drive strategic initiatives for branch growth
What you'll need
- Professional Engineering License (P.Eng) or equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Proven branch or team management experience
- Strong technical background in geotechnical projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
