What you'll do
- Manage HR operations and strategy
- Oversee employee relations and engagement
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
- Manage performance evaluation systems
- Ensure HR compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Build and mentor HR team
- Support organizational culture and inclusion initiatives
- Handle employee issues and conflict resolution
What you'll need
- Senior-level HR experience
- Located in or willing to relocate to Calgary, AB, Canada
- On-site work requirement
- Experience in large organization management (40K+ employees preferred)
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance
- Experience with diverse, multi-location teams
