What you'll do

  • Lead enterprise software implementation projects for clients
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout deployment
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies and timelines
  • Conduct business process analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Provide training and enablement to end users
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate in both French and English with bilingual clients

What you'll need

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Enterprise software implementation experience
  • Proven track record managing complex client implementations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of maintenance and asset management processes
