What you'll do
- Design and deliver learning and development programs
- Partner with business leaders on workforce development strategy
- Coach and mentor employees
- Support organizational change initiatives
- Develop training materials and learning solutions
- Track and measure learning program effectiveness
What you'll need
- Experience in learning and development or organizational development
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Knowledge of Canadian financial services industry preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
