- Design and implement training programs
- Manage L&D team and strategy
- Partner with business leaders on talent development

- Support organizational performance and engagement
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in Learning & Development
- Experience managing advisor or employee development programs
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
