What you'll do
- Lead and support various client engagements in life actuarial services
- Drive growth and profitability of Life and Pensions business
- Manage and mentor teams on projects
- Support clients across Canada, the US, and the Caribbean
- Develop business and manage client relationships
- Provide strategic direction on actuarial matters
What you'll need
- Actuarial qualification or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in life insurance or pension consulting
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strong client-facing skills
- Experience with engagements across Canada, US, and Caribbean markets
- Knowledge of actuarial valuation and modeling
