What you'll do
- Lead tax value creation initiatives for clients
- Integrate tax solutions into broader advisory services
- Manage and mentor team members
- Develop and execute tax strategies
- Drive business development for the Tax Value Creation team
- Build momentum on Canada's important business challenges
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in tax consulting or advisory
- Proven track record in tax value creation
- Strong understanding of tax strategy and planning
- Experience managing client relationships
- Team leadership experience
- Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA preferred)
- Canadian tax knowledge
