What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives across global facilities
- Report to Global Head of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- Contribute to innovation in fluid-flow technology
- Optimize manufacturing processes across multiple facilities
- Mentor and guide engineering team members
- Support operations across eight manufacturing facilities on four continents
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
What you'll need
- Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Expertise in fluid-flow technology
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Global manufacturing facility experience
- Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement
