Job Overview

Job Description What would you be doing? Lead and coach a team of Financial Transaction Coordinators, ensuring timely time entry, client reporting, and billing processes. What you'll do

  • Lead and coach a team of Financial Transaction Coordinators
  • Ensure timely time entry, client reporting, and billing processes
  • Drive the team to meet daily targets and improve DSO
  • Oversee month-end close activities for assigned districts
  • Capture all time entries and process A/R invoices
  • Create accruals for the general ledger
  • Review GL and project transactions for accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies

What you'll need

  • Experience leading and coaching accounting teams
  • Knowledge of financial transaction processes
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and billing
  • Experience with month-end close procedures
  • GL and project transaction review experience
  • Ability to drive team performance against targets
