What you'll do
- Design and develop signaling systems for rail and transit projects
- Lead and mentor junior engineering team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Manage technical documentation and design specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations
- Review and validate signaling system designs
- Support client relationships and project success
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of signaling engineering experience
- Experience with rail and transit systems
- Strong knowledge of signaling standards and regulations
- Professional engineering certification or PE license preferred
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
