What you'll do
- Support people and communities in understanding class action settlements
- Facilitate access to community programs
- Provide clear and culturally grounded communication
- Deliver services across multiple languages
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Contribute to workplace culture of respect and inclusion
What you'll need
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
- Understanding of trauma-informed practices
- Cultural competency and awareness
- Ability to work with diverse communities
- Strong communication skills in English (French and Indigenous languages a plus)
