What you'll do

• Support people and communities in understanding class action settlements
• Facilitate access to community programs
• Provide clear and culturally grounded communication
• Deliver services across multiple languages
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Contribute to workplace culture of respect and inclusion

What you'll need

• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
• Understanding of trauma-informed practices
• Cultural competency and awareness
• Ability to work with diverse communities
• Strong communication skills in English (French and Indigenous languages a plus)
