What you'll do
- Design enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration platforms
- Deliver UC platform solutions across the Americas region
- Maintain operational health of UC platforms
- Support Cisco Webex Calling infrastructure
- Manage Webex Contact Center deployments
- Oversee Voice Recording systems
- Support Trading Turret and IPC Connexus systems
- Manage Telecom Service Provider relationships
- Administer SIP Trunking services
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders
- Ensure platform stability and performance
What you'll need
- Expertise in Cisco Webex Calling
- Experience with Webex Contact Center
- Knowledge of Voice Recording systems
- Familiarity with Trading Turret and IPC Connexus
- Experience managing Telecom Service Provider relationships
- SIP Trunking knowledge
