What you'll do
- Provide targeted case management to clients
- Conduct needs assessments
- Support clients with official documents and paperwork
- Facilitate information and orientation sessions
- Provide crisis counselling services
- Assist with housing assistance
- Use client-centered approach in service delivery
- Support immigrant and refugee integration
What you'll need
- Experience working with immigrants and refugees
- Understanding of settlement services
- Knowledge of local resources and programs
- Ability to conduct needs assessments
- Knowledge of official documentation processes
