What you'll do
- Support Amazon Fulfillment Technologies software systems
- Provide technical assistance to fulfillment center operations
- Deploy and maintain software solutions
- Support CV (Computer Vision) systems in fulfillment centers
- Collaborate with AFT Quality and Perceptive Fulfillment Foundations teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting fulfillment operations
What you'll need
- Technical support experience or equivalent
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
