What you'll do
- Perform ultrasound examinations and imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Record and document patient medical histories
- Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures
- Communicate findings to physicians
- Maintain patient confidentiality and medical records
- Support functional medicine team-based care approach
What you'll need
- Sonography certification or credentials
- Medical licensure as required by jurisdiction
- Knowledge of ultrasound physics and instrumentation
- Ability to perform patient assessments
- Clinical experience in ultrasound imaging
