What you'll do
- Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school
- Provide direct care and supervision during bus rides
- Build relationships with students and families
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus
- Maintain bus cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Respond to student needs with compassion and patience
- Report incidents or safety concerns
What you'll need
- Valid school bus driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Background check clearance
- Ability to work with students with disabilities
- Physical capability to assist students with mobility needs
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
