What you'll do
- Manage HR functions including employee relations and benefits
- Handle accounting tasks including payroll and general ledger
- Ensure tax compliance and regulatory requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
What you'll need
- HR and accounting experience
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
- Understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software and HR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
