What you'll do
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions
- Create dashboards and reports for HR and workforce insights
- Analyze workforce data to support people decisions
- Collaborate with HR departments and stakeholders
- Support organizational planning and decision-making
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in business intelligence or analytics
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL
- Experience with data visualization platforms
- Background in HR analytics or people analytics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
